Equilibrium Guitars

All of our guitar models are available in 6, 7, and 8+ string versions; fretless, straight-fret and multi-scale; with neck-thru, set-neck or bolt-on construction.

Left-handed versions of all models are no extra charge, however due to the availability of left-handed hardware options, some substitutions may be required.

The Ellipsis is the result of our exhaustive deconstruction of single-cutaway guitars and adaption with our own design philosophies. The normally rounded upper bout has been scooped back to help the thumb sit farther into the body, enabling a far more confortable 24-fret reach than would be otherwise possible. This also balances the weight and aesthetic proportion with the deeper lower cutaway.

The already slim body is carved to an ultra thin-edge, letting the guitar sit closer to the players body and along with the reduced weight, greatly relieving the back and shoulder fatigue normally associated with single-cutaway guitars. Providing even more comfortable fret access is the heelless neck joint; a deep carve that maintains even neck thickness and phenomenal playability to the last fret.
